About Adult Liaison Committee (ALC)
The Adult Liaison Committee (ALC) is an Operational Committee of FC Regina (FCR) with limited decision-making ability at the discretion of the Executive Director and policies of the organization. The Committee works on behalf of FCR and makes recommendations to FCR staff. The role of the Committee is to provide advice to FCR regarding the needs and concerns of the Adult Membership.
Duties and Responsibilities - Advisory
- Review and provides advice to staff on processes, league rules, tournament rules/format, and league policies for the FCR Adult League.
- Review and provide advice on various internal Adult League policies.
- Review and contribute to strategic, operational, and financial documents upon request.
- Conduct consultations with the membership to evaluate league operations and overall program satisfaction.
- Assist with communication of adult league player/team successes, and adult league events.
- Volunteer for and assist in recruitment of volunteers for the Adult Tournaments and Events put on by FCR.
- Advise and recruit league representatives
- An ALC Committee Member is expected to put in 5 to 10 hours per month for meeting attendance and other committee activities.
