Guest Player Info

Guest playing is where a registered player in the current season can play as a substitute play for a team they are not registered on. Teams look for substitute players when they are missing players from their regular roster.
Each player is eligible to guest play up to 5 times per season per team registered on.

If you are a player looking to see if you are eligible to guest play for a team check out this table by starting where it says "Eligible Guest Players" and look for the highest division you are registered in, then go across the table and any teams in the stated divisions that have your division under eligible guest players means you are eligible to guest play with them, for example M5 Teams can use players registered in: M6, M7, MM, W2, C4, C5.
If you are a team looking for which division you can get players to guest play from start at the top "Team in Division" to locate the division you play in and go across, any division that is listed in your row means those players are eligible to guest play for you.?
Youth Guest Players: youth players require permission from their Technical Coordinator prior to guest playing with adult teams. Youth players must obtain written permission and have this emailed to: youth@fcregina.com before playing the game
Goalkeepers are eligible to guest play up to 10 games per season per team. They must be identified on the game sheet as goalkeepers for the entire duration of the game.
Guest playing eligibility is determined by the players highest registered division

Teams looking for guest players can submit a request via the Guest Player Request form, each Tuesday and Friday every player will receive an email showing all the available playing opportunities.
To ensure your team request is on the email please have your requests submitted by the Tuesday 3:00 PM deadline.
If you miss that deadline or have a last-minute request, players will have access to view the Guest Player Requests at anytime, simply fill out the form and it will show up on the list.
