2026 Spring Adult League

FC Regina Launches New Two-Season Adult Soccer Model for 2026

Spring Registration Opens February 12

FC Regina is excited to announce a new outdoor adult soccer structure for 2026, designed to give players more flexibility, more playing opportunities, and a clearer seasonal schedule. Starting this year, FC Regina’s Adult Outdoor programming will be split into two seasons: a full Spring season followed by a new summer season extension.

The 2026 Adult Spring Season will run from April 27 to August 2, featuring 13 regular season games plus playoffs. Team registration for Spring will be open February 12 to March 5, with player registration opening April 1.

New for 2026, FC Regina will also offer a Summer Season running from August 3 to September 24, featuring 6 regular season games plus playoffs. The new Summer Season is a shorter, fast-paced league option designed to keep Men’s and Women’s soccer divisions going later into the year. It includes 6 games plus playoffs, with streamlined division formats and a strong focus on flexibility, participation, and fun competition.

Playoffs:

Teams will have the opportunity to participate in playoffs which will be held at the end of the regular season. Playoff schedules will be released with the league schedules and may be scheduled on alternate days.
