ADULT FALL SEASON REGISTRATION OPEN

Team registration for the 2022-23 Indoor Fall Season will be open from Friday, September 9 until Wednesday, September 28th.  To help with planning, please get your registration submitted at your earliest convenience.  Player registration will open on Friday, September 9.  All adult players who have completed registration prior to September 30th will be entered into a draw for one of three chances to win your registration back.   In order to qualify you will need to be registered and payment submitted.  You are still eligible if you select the installment plan and the initial payment is completed. We are gearing up for an October 11th kick off to the season.  All games will take play in the AffinityPlex.  We will have a break November 10-21 for Grey Cup 2022 Festival and November 22-December 7 for Canadian Western Agribition.  The Fall season will run from October 11- January 18.  Coed Playoffs will be the weekend of January 20th.  Men’s, Women’s, Masters playoffs will run January 22-29th.  Please note that playoffs may not fall on regular league days dependant on the number of teams in the division.

 

Minimum Roster for Men’s Intermediate, Men’s Recreation, Men’s Masters, Women’s Intermediate, Women’s Recreation, and all Coed divisions will be 11 players.  Minimum Roster for Men’s Premier, Men’s Semi Competitive, Women’s Premier, and Women’s Semi Competitive, will be 14 players. 

 

 

Previously registration fees were set for Divisions 1-6 for Men’s and Coed, Division 1-3 for Women’s.  Our Adult Liaison Committee has opted to offer Men’s, Women’s and Coed in Premier, Semi Competitive, Intermediate, and Recreation.  This will continue until we reach close to the number of teams we had participate before the pandemic.  There has not been an increase in the cost of registration, however we are now required to apply PST to registrations.

Men’s Intermediate, Men’s Recreation, Men’s Masters, Women’s Semi Competitive, Women’s Intermediate and Women’s Recreation, and All Coed Divisions will play 6v6 on a quarter field.  Men’s Premier, Men’s Semi Competitive, Women’s Premier and Women’s Semi Competitive will play 9v9 on the half field.  All leagues will play 2 - 25-minute halves with a 3-5 minute half-time.

 

Players who have Club Credits can submit the Club Credit Request Form to adult@fcregina.com.  I can then apply the credit to the remaining registration balance.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. 

 

Significant Changes

  • Half field teams will all play 9V9 format.
  • Women’s Semi Competitive will play on the half field.
  • The Permit Player (guest player) has changed. You can only use permit players to replace a player on your roster.  Players who are not attending a game will be crossed off and you will be able to have a player sub in their place (within the eligibility guidelines).  If the player who was crossed off were to come late and a permit player has already played in the game, the registered player cannot play. 
  • We have set it up so that if you choose installment payments it is set up in 4 payments. Initial payment is due at the time you register.  The remaining payments are set up for November, December and January 1st. Installment payments can only be set up for online payments.

  • September 9th - Team Registration Available
  • September 9th - Player Registration Opens
  • September 28th - Last day to declare a team
  • September 28th - Scheduling request deadline
  • September 28th - Any teams that withdraw after 12:00pm will be subject to a $300.00 fine to the team manager.
  • October 3rd - Roster Requirement deadline - 7 players
  • October 4th - Adult schedule released.
  • October 6th - Adult Managers Meeting by zoom 8:00 PM

  • October 10th - Roster requirement deadline - 11/14 players
  • October 11th - Masters, Men’s and Women’s season begins
  • October 14th - Coed season begins.
  • November 1st - Third Installment Payment Due. This option is only available for players who are setting up online payments. This will be taken from the same method of payment that is used for the first installment.
  • November 1st - Prorated Registration begins.
  • December 1st - Third Installment Payment Due. This option is only available for players who are setting up online payments. This will be taken from the same method of payment that is used for the first installment.
  • January 1st -Fourth Installment Payment Due. This option is only available for players who are setting up online payments. This will be taken from the same method of payment that is used for the first installment.
  • January 9th by 3:30 p.m. - Last day to register on a team, transfer to a team, request a refund, or request to reschedule a game for the 2022-23 Fall Season.
  • January 20th- 29th Adult Playoffs

 

With the number of games that we fit in to the league we will have regular league play during all long weekends and holidays. If there is a specific weekend(s) your team needs off, please submit a scheduling request with reasons by noon September 29th in writing to adult@fcregina.com. Not all requests are guaranteed but we will do our very best to accommodate everyone.
